Because "the AI said so" isn't a source.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No. The questions are about your business, which you know better than anyone. A look at your WhatsApp (how many messages, what kind) helps but isn't required.
What if I'm not technical?
Perfect — the audit is in plain language. The whole point is that you shouldn't need to be technical.
What happens after the audit?
You get our honest read and a quote if you want one. You decide. Many people take the findings and start with a small first scope; some decide the timing isn't right. Both are fine.
